Horrible bank. Only ever has one teller working drive and inside the bank. So anytime I need to go in there I’m waiting awhile. And they have messed up several transactions in the last month.

I made a cash deposit on the 9th. The atm gave some money back and kept $77. It did not give me a receipt stating any money was deposited. It also kept my card for 5 min and caused honking horns by cars lined up behind me. I immediately called and they did a dispute. Told me it would take 2-10 days. It's the 28th of the month and I still haven't received my $77. Mind you I was making a deposit to cover a bill. I've called and called and I feel like I've been getting the runaround. After being on hold 2 separate phone calls for 30 and 40 min each call, they told me it would be deposited by the end of the business day on the 26th, never happened. The 2nd call on the 27th they told me it would be deposited for sure by the end of that business day, never happened. It's the 28th and guess what? I still haven't received my money. Tomorrow will be March the 1st and I'm exhausted with dealing with Key Bank about something that was clearly not my fault. Never again.

Deposited my check Friday and the atm made a error.....in my favor! I went directly inside to make them aware of the situation. The personal banker was handling the situation as a result of his incompetent lack of action they froze my account! Happy New Year to my family and I! Couldn't even get gas to take my son's to hockey today let alone go to dinner with my family friends tonight as planned! I wish I could say that this is the first time key bank screwed me over! But....it's not! I had a credit card with them some years back that I paid off the reported it as not being paid for 18 months! Obviously this hurt my credit score which in turn caused me to be unable to purchase my home that I lived In for 5 years under a land contract agreement. Not to mention the 10,000 dollars in improvements I made to the home! My children enjoyed losing thier home as well.....THANK YOU Key Bank! This institution obviously does not take responsibility for there actions,nor do they care about the people and families that are affected by thier incompetence.

Rude customer service and ridiculous wait times for the drive through. I've been sitting for 20 minutes to DEPOSIT MONEY! I'll be going to Sheffiled branch from now on.
