This was my first time at this location and I was blown away. I don't know the name of the girl who I spoke to on the phone but she was very friendly and helpful. I didn't know where to enter the building and she explained in detail and was really NICE! Tiffany was beyond friendly, and helpful. She knows her work very well and you can tell she enjoys it. She explained everything to me on detail, showing me the glasses and explained about each category. She is very keen to details. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. 10/10!

Went to lens crafter’s for eye exam. That went great ! assistant was very nice and helpful. Dr Richard Hults took the time to listen to my concerns and to make sure my prescription was correct for me
Then i meet Tiffany and she was very helpful She spent time fitting me with new glasses and made sure the fit was perfect. From the lens to the frame. She took the time to explain all the details and worked to keep the cost in budget
My visit was excellent

I visited the store to browse frames and find what I was looking for. Tiffany and Elizabeth were incredibly helpful and provided me with options to narrow down my choices. The experience was very enjoyable, and Elizabeth was particularly knowledgeable about the products and what would work best with my preferences and insurance. The two women that handled my purchase did a great job and made me feel welcome. They applied my medical insurance towards my purchase, and it saved me money. My new glasses will be ready in about 10 days.
