Lowes fridgidaire fridge - we have had a bad horrible experience . The fridge broke 2 times within 1 year and a few months. The repair guys they send out expect you to keep constantly missing work, but dont worry, keep a job to pay for the garbage you bought. The delivery guys are rude, and the product is all dented up, and they are so used to it. Take a picture and get your money off . The repair guys won't be able to get the parts, so you will wait months for them to tell you it will be replaced with the same garbage that will just keep breaking. So, expect to be without a fridge for months. And dont worry, the warranty you bought will go in their pocket and you can just buy another. This has been a horrible experience. Lowes refuses to post my review because they know how horrible this is. $1,700 later, and what a waste of money and time. You are better off to buy used . This will be reported to the BBB for all the pain and anguish my family and I have been through.

Every site I visited said they were open until 10. I showed up at 9:15 and they were closed. They need to update their websites and the app.

Love the employees who have been there for years. But. The new manager fails to return her customers calls and loosing out on my MVP rewards because they don't clarify how to do it stinks. I'm going to spend more of my business money at Home Depot..

It's Lowes. It's better than Home Depot

They still have the best variety IMO.
Tried to buy a stove and getting help from someone and someone who knew what they were doing was disappointing. So Home Depot won my business this round. They gave me the service, above and beyond what Lowes used to do.
Trying to buy flooring, again, disappointing. Someone in another department actually helped me. Kudos to the young man.
Left a message for the "specialist" to call me, still, no phone call. Sigh.
Bad enough you have to do thier job at checkout. Next, you'll have to stock the shelves for what you want.
On a positive note, the plumbing department, paint, electrical, lumber and tool/hardware were best help.

9/4/2024 - Although out in the middle of nowhere compared to where I live, this Lowes seemed a lot more laid back and helpful compared to my local one. I'm glad it had the fan I wanted in stock as well as a nice small watering can. Might come back to it if it happens to have any other unique finds!

My apologies and my thanks to the people at Lowe's Elyria Store.
The young Lady who works there made it all right. She was very nice about it.
And the three-year warranty picks up AFTER the Manufacturer's Warranty expires.

I would like to commend and thank Corey at the Customer Service desk at the Elyria store. I needed a Kobalt mower blade that was out of stock at the Elyria store. He was very resourceful in finding a store that presumably had one in stock, then persisted via telephone to make sure that it was truly on the shelf, and even gave us the name of the person who would hand it to us. Thanks very much. It was all true!

Went in to buy a roll around garage storage roll around chest. No sales associates were available and even through the checkout being that it's a semi-heavy unit no one came out to help load it.
