I went to east ave Marathon to have them turn my tires around because I wanted to raise the white letters on the outside. The kid did not know what he was doing. Tore my tires up, strip my lug nut. I went and spoke to the owner. Owner was very rude. Wouldn’t do anything about. It told me that I curved the tires that he guarantees that his machine did not tear up the tires, but if you look closely in the pictures, you can see where the clause from his tire machine literally scraped the tires and the kid that was taking the tires off. Didn’t even have common sense to take off the wheel weights. I had to tell him takeoff the wheel weights you’re going to tear up the rims good thing they was not aluminum rims, or he would be buying me rims , I rec to go to them for anything

I'm new in the area and needed my car repaired, they came highly recommended. I am very pleased with the service I receivedFrom the young man at the register to the mechanic. Fast, honest, friendly, and affordable. I now highly recommend them for all your vehicle repairs. They have a new customer for life!

Called in today with my f250 needing a front end alignment after a tyrod job. They were great getting me in and out. Great price as well. They also were the only ones I could find that could assist me the same day. Great job guys. Very happy customer here!

Went in the friday before this past Memorial Day to inquire abiut getting my car repaired and an oil change. I had a good rapport with the guy(don't recall his name), he even called Auto Zone for me to confirm that the part I got was correct. He asked me to call back on Tuesday after the holiday, which I did. I spoke to someone named Daniel who has horrible customer service/phone skills. Trust was broken, took my business elsewhere. So the first guy I talked to gets a 5 and Daniel gets a 1. So that averages out to 3 stars (because the first guy was so good and professional, graded on a curve).??♂️

This is where we go to fill up because their prices are usually lower than anyone else. I took my car for an oil change this week. They were professional and friendly. They also charged me less than anyone else in town. We are happy customers!

Balanced two tires with bulges all around tires, could’ve called and told me instead of sending me down the road, now i sit with a flat. I WOULDNT TAKE A CLOWN CAR HERE AGAIN. & the owner is as careless & pathetic as his facility looks.

I took my car there for tire maintenance. I asked that they check all 4 tires for leaks and repair if necessary as well as resealing all 4 tires. When I picked my car up I was informed that the 2 rear tires didn't leak at all, which I found odd since I am constantly adding air to them, but they did reseal both front tires. They found no holes that needed repaired. This was about a month ago. Today I added air to all 4 tires. PSI should be 36. 1 tire was 27psi, 1 was 25psi, 1 was 19 psi and 1 was 15psi. What did I pay for? The kid doing my tires when I picked my car up didn't really seem to know what he was doing. I will not go back and couldn't recommend them to anyone unless I didn't like the person.

The men at this place are great! When a woman must walk into a service station alone because her vehicle has been acting up she must find the nerve to walk into a loud dark complicated looking place and approach a strange man for help, and it doesn’t feel any different from having to walk into a dark smoky tavern alone at midnight; she feels at the mercy of the men working there. My Jeep failed the e-check inspection because of a ‘sensor issue,’ and I had no idea what that meant, and was horrified at the thought of what the cost might be to have it repaired. As I approached the open garage of Marathon, I spotted the mechanics, three, maybe as many as five working around the shop area, and I was all set for the usual – for them to either greet me with a cold unsympathetic stare, or look me down and then up, as if appraising my value like an old antique lamp. None of that happened; instead, one stepped forward and asked if he could help me and the others barely even glanced me once they saw that someone was assisting me. With trembling hands, I handed the mechanic the papers that reflected the results of the e-check inspection. I expected him to do the usual, which is to moan and sort of slap his forehead to impliedly let me know that the repair might end up costing me three of my paychecks. Instead, he looked it over carefully, and told me precisely what needed to be done, how long it would most likely take, and a ballpark figure of the cost. My vehicle was done within twenty-four hours, and the cost was precisely what the mechanic predicted it would be, and it passed the e-check. So far, I have dealt with four different mechanics at that [particular] marathon and each of them had impeccable mannerism and were professional and knew his job inside out… But most of all, they know how to treat a customer, as I felt valued and respected. I feel grateful to now know that I don’t have to face unnecessary fear when my vehicle needs servicing, and that means a lot to me.

The men at this place are good, decent, honest, compassionate gentlemen. When a woman has to walk into a service station alone because her vehicle has been acting up, it is a scary and dreaded experience; one that any woman can most likely relate to. She must somehow find the nerve to walk into a loud dark complicated looking place and approach at least one of the men standing around, to ask for help.... And for a woman, that experience doesn't feel much different from having to walk into a dark smokey tavern alone at midnight because she feels in some way, at the mercy of the men working there. My Jeep failed the e-check inspection because of a 'sensor issue,' and I had no idea what that meant, and was horrified at the thought of what the cost might be to have it repaired. As I approached the open garage entrance of Marathon, I spotted the mechanics, three, maybe as many as five working around the shop area, and I was all set for the usual - for them to either greet me with a cold unsympathetic stare, or look me down and then up, as if appraising my value like an old antique lamp. None of that happened; instead, one stepped forward and asked if he could help me and the others barely even glanced me once they saw that someone was assisting me. With trembling hands, I handed the mechanic the papers that reflected the results of the e-check inspection. I expected him to do the usual, which is to moan and sort of slap his forehead to impliedly let me know that the repair might require at least three of my paychecks. Instead, he looked it over carefully, and told me precisely what needed to be done, how long it would most likely take, and a ballpark figure of the cost. My vehicle was done within twenty-four hours, and the cost was precisely what the mechanic predicted it would be, and it passed the e-check. Upon paying, the mechanic reminded me that the part was under warranty and advised that I return if there are any problems. So far, I have dealt with four different mechanics at that [particular] marathon and each of them had impeccable mannerism and were professional and knew his job inside out... But most of all, they know how to treat a customer, as I felt valued and respected. They didn't make me feel stupid or 'childlike' for not knowing about the mechanism of my Jeep, and they took the time out to explain everything to me. And when I went to pick my Jeep up, I decided to get gas there, but the pump was a little different from that of the station I usually use, and when the mechanic saw that I was confused, he stepped outside the station and over to the pump and guided me, step by step on how to operate the pump. I feel grateful to now know that I don't have to face unnecessary fear when my vehicle needs servicing, and that means a lot to me.
