Picked up my new CPAP machine. Pretty gross men’s room. Who wants to guess how long since this bathroom was cleaned? Would you let them deliver oxygen to your elderly family member? I’ll be disinfecting my new equipment.

The communication between employees is non existent. Multiple calls regarding same issue and not one rep knew what I was talking about Scheduling a delivery or pick up is a joke saybtheyll come one day/time come another day/time.

Zero customer service, impossible to reach someone and when the automated system transfers you it claims they will be in touch within 1 business day but if you don’t hear from them try again!!! Really??? If I had known this I never would’ve purchased my machine from them.
