This company very intolerant why would somebody want a Spanish app subscription when they don't speak it should have options for that and they don't they just don't care getting really ridiculous customer service has no answers they just say that all they can do is report it nothing else and keep saying I'm sorry

They ripped me off, I had the rvel4plus phone for a couple yrs paid my insurance Everytime my phone was broken and I had to pay for the upgrade instead of getting a replacement phone, and this 10gig Motorola is trash.go anywhere but here.

Would give negative stars if I could. I called customer service like 2 weeks ago cause this location sold me a broken phone. The customer service rep told to take it to the metro store and they will replace it with a new one free of charge since it was broke since day 1. So I went to the store, they told me they had to have it shipped into the store and have me a huge hassle about doing that saying they can't do that when customer service said they would swap it free of charge. Fast forward to the phone comes into the store for me to go pick up. I go to get it and they keep telling me I have to pay for the phone this and that when he clearly said FREE OF COST SINCE THE ONE IBOUGHT WAS BROKEN SINCE day 1. So I left the store I'm not paying for a phone twice that shouldn't have been broken at first. I strongly discourage you from shopping at this location or maybe metro in general. Never had problems like this

I've dealt with MetroPCS for the last few years and absolutely have no issues with them they have wonderful products and wonderful service I go back any chance I get and they are without a doubt the most reasonable phone dealer around
