Another rave for Mid Air! Upgraded my equipment and a flawless experience. David provides superior customer service and the entire team is spot on with service and a fair price. Highly recommend this local and forward thinking company for internet needs! Original post a year ago: David and Jafar were excellent to work with. They got us up and running quickly and are funny too! The internet is so much better than what we had before. And the customer service has been a good experience.

Great customer service. I was having an issue and was able to message with somebody at almost 9pm and they walked me thru it. Not to mention the speed compared to the old company I was going through. At the time the apartments I live at only had one provider with a max of 15mbs down. I couldn't even game online. Now I can run multiple devices and game online with no latency issues. So glad I made the switch.

So thrilled with this company! From my initial call to the completion of the install they were informative and helpful and professional! I love that this is a locally owned company versus a HUGE big box corporation with gimmicks. Call them today to ask questions and schedule a consultation. Why pay more and jump through hoops with the big guys when you can get personalized and individual local service with Mid Air!?!Had to add onto my initial review a year later. David just came out to the house and was absolutely splendid! My issue wasn't the internet service it was something completely different yet he listened and researched and helped me troubleshoot and then suggested options for fixing my dilemma. I could not be happier. My price has stayed the same since I signed up, there's no hidden fees or weird contracts either. Service is steady and stable for a household of 5 using the internet 24/7! I can not say enough good things about MidAir!

Tired of Spectrum. Spoke with a Representative that was professional and did not sound bothered with my questions. Unfortunately, there services are not available in my area. Hopefully, this company can expand to our area soon. Looking forward to a future without Spectrum cost.

Ryan and David were very helpful, able to answer all my questions via text, explained the process clearly. Locally owned company who offered me better internet prices than Spectrum....but for me the personalized customer service was way more important than the price. They even came out after hours to install, accommodating my job schedule. So far, I am very happy with their service.

These guys have the best customer service from an internet company I have ever experienced. They are a local bunch of guys and everything is handled in house. You would not believe how refreshing it is to call a phone number and have a person pick up first and not a robot. They have great response time, and I didn't have to sit on hold all day. We had a few hiccups in. The first day of service but I called them and they showed up to fix it the dame day! I only had my service go down for 10 minutes twice in the last 3 months. Definitely worth the price. I recommend them to any one in Elyria. These guys are great!

If you are tired of Spectrum and All the other cable companies. Mid Air Communications are an EXCELLENT alternative. I am so very HAPPY with my new Service. Their Customer service is OUTSTANDING!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED COMPANY!!!! They have a satisfied customer for LIFE!!!!
