I'm leaving one star because I bought a 2016 Ford Explorer with supposedly 41,000 miles.
I had been taking it since the third month after purchasing it due to several problems, especially a noise it made when I was traveling more than 45 miles and they never heard the noise, until 2 years later the noise got worse and now they say they can't fix it Why did it pass the warranty miles that were measured and how did it pass the warranty miles? Now they say that it is the transmission that is damaged and they cannot fix it.
With less than 50,000 miles it has a damaged transmission.

Anna and Scott are exceptional!! Everyone I have encountered at the service depart is always extremely kind, patient and respectful! I will never take my truck to anyone else for service. When I take my truck in for service they have it in and out quickly. Never no lengthy wait. Thank you for all you do I appreciate you!!!
