*Edit: I don't need to say much else, since the way they replied to my concerns in my review is indicative of the experience I had; lots of justifications, no apologies or remorse for the damages that weren't represented in their listing, or for the spam calls.
I bought the car after I got them to lower the price to match the actual value, not the advertised value, but the experience of getting to that point was uncomfortable and difficult; which is why I wouldn't recommend it to family or friends.*
My experience buying a car here was ok, wouldn't recommend it to friends or family though. If you go here, make sure that you:
-check the car for damages
-expect little to no negotiation on listed price
-explicitly ask them not to give your personal information to third party financing companies, as you may get spam calls for months after the purchase.
I spent a lot of time looking for the specific make and model with the mileage I wanted, and I knew what it was worth. I bought the car once I got them to adjust the price to match the condition of the car, but the process of getting to that point was uncomfortable and tedious.
The car wasn't in the condition advertised, and they didn't tell or show me any of the damages beforehand or after I drove 2.5 hours to get there (ie peeling leather from doors, busted rear seat vents, right mirror blinker light not working, worn away rubber on brake pedal, old windshield wipers, etc). I discovered them myself after inspecting the car and test driving. It's an older car, and cosmetic damage is to be expected, but those details were left out of their listing.
They let me test drive it as long as I wanted, which was nice, and they helped me coordinate my rental, which is why I'm giving two stars instead of one.
After being approved, when it came time to negotiate the price, they tried all sorts of tricks to refuse budging on price at all, and weren't very friendly about it.
They tried to justify it by saying they had to pay a fee to the bank for financing, that they had already put enough into the car and couldn't justify reducing the price (though they couldn't verbalize what they had done to it besides detailing it), and tried using a Carfax report to prove that it was at the recommended market value (based on it being in outstanding condition though, which wasn't true).
It was only after I started bringing up the damages that they were willing to concede slightly, and even then, it was a very slow and tedious process. They offered to see if they could fix the blinker light that was out, but after I brought up the other damages, they did not offer anything for those, I had to ask multiple times for a discount to accommodate those damages. The salesman kept excusing himself to call his boss for approval to give me discounts on the damages that I asked for, which was strange. In my experience, the salesman should be equipped and authorized to make those deals so that the process can be efficient for both parties and not waste time.
Finally, I've been getting spam calls the past couple months from multiple third party companies who have my detailed financing information, and I asked how they got my personal info and was told it was given to them by the dealer. Two separate companies who called me verified that they got my information from the dealer.

This place was hands down the most respectful and clean car lots I have ever been to. All the vehicle's posted on their website are what they truly have on their lot. It's really hard to find a car lot like that. My husband and I bought a 2016 Ford Fusion and he loves it. We were only given 1 key fob but needed 2 to take off restrictions on those ford cars. We called and talked to Bill the owner and he didn't hesitate to pay for another key fob for us. Which was $155.00 bucks. Thanks Bill!!!!!! Vitaliy was our sales person and he made sure to answer all our questions and concerns and made all the paperwork simple and easy. He even got the car cleaned up and filled up for before we picked it up. Thanks Vitaliy!!! All of their staff there are super nice. Go stop in and take a look around you wont be disappointed! This place was well worth the drive clear from Canton, OH.

They have a great selection of nice vehicles with reasonable mileage and fair pricing! The guys were friendly and the process was quick and easy, they got me approved and I have not so good credit at the moment. Definitely recommend!

* update* replacement engine was also bad, gave me a junk yard motor that destroyed my catalytic converter, and blew up within 5000 miles of installation. The 2nd replacement engine had me wait from october 10th, all the way until december 23rd. New replacement motor has a lot of thick smoke from exhaust, as well as needling ANOTHER catalytic converter. This is ridiculous. 26.99% interest, you should feel ashamed of taking advantage of people the way you do. Never buy anything from here... i bought a vehicle from Ohio Car Mart at the end of February 2024, for over $12,000.00,
3 months later, the engine dies, and needs completely replaced. my $2100.00 "warranty" that Ohio Car Mart sold
me doesn't cover the whole repair. And I owe almost $1000.00 out of pocket and have been without a car for a month.
Ohio Car Mart will do nothing to help with the situation. Don't buy a car here.

Bought a 2018 Ford Edge and the process was quick and easy. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. We viewed the car fax prior to going in but that was the first thing they showed us.
