My appointment is 9am drop off 2:30pm very slow The receiving is very rude and disrespectful driver there’s some young lady and a men works there zero respect for drivers

Pretty good experience as I had a 100 pm appointment and showed up at 1000 am. Told to check in closer to app. Checked in at 1245 and unloaded at 120 pm.

My experience was different than the other drivers. Had an appointment 4/17/2024 at 11:00 am, I came anyway just to try to get worked in and they took me early the night before at 8:30pm. I can tell they typically don’t take early appointments based off the response from the receiving office but they were slow so they got me right in. Unloaded in 20-30 mins. Slide tandems to the rear and wait inside the office until they unload you and they’ll come get you once completed

Terrible company the shipping and receiving department morning shift are some of the worst people I have ever met. They are mad as soon as you say hello. They made me wait 2 hours to check me into a rail car so I could load myself then made up a bunch of reasons why they couldn’t let me load. This companies management needs to adjust the morning shifts attitude.

Don’t arrive early. They are by appointment only. Check in on time. Don’t be late. After the put you in the dock you can either drop your trailer and pull forward or stay hooked and sit in the receiving office. Either way they are understaffed and a little slow.

Man on morning shift showed complete incompetence and unprofessionalism for his simple desk job. Honestly, he seemed racist. Checked in for delivery a little late, and he proceeded to rudely explain how "tight" and "busy" the schedule was, which is understandable, except for, NOT ONE truck checked in while I waited 4 hours directly in front of the receiving office!! Ironically, myself and 2 other minority drivers got instantly unloaded when 2nd shift clocked in. 2nd shift crew was AWESOME!! The incompetent, miserable fella working mornings should be terminated immediately, or at minimum, moved around to a different position. Customer service is clearly not a priority with this particular employee. My best advice for drivers (especially of color) come after 4 pm if you would like to have a smooth delivery/pick up.

Totally rude . And just really rude people . Tell you to come back if your 10 mins early . Can't sit in your tractor . And. Wait and wait some more. Never be back . Oh did I say they were rude ?

There is NOT an on site scale. You will need empty and then loaded scale tics. To load here. You will need loaded scale tic to unload here. Closest scales twenty mile away. Maxton nc.

No problems here, everything went very smooth. Keep in mind the shipping/receiving is in the driver's entrance and you will be told what door to go to. Don't break your own seal, someone will be out to do that

Ripped hole in roof of trailer and denied doing any damage!Rained all night yesterday but product was not wet. Received O.K.Supervisor and forklift operator looked at it and denied it!!Lying, lying, lyingDishonestDo not come here!!
