“Every time I go in here and ask to ship something to a friend as quickly but as inexpensively as possible, the customer service people at this post office are always really helpful, as well as personable and efficient. I love this place. They clearly tell you how to wrap your package, what type of label to use, and then let you know what your options are in terms of shipping times and costs.
On more than one occasion, I have seen some of these postal workers faced with some exceptionally difficult customers. I personally would have lost my temper but they never did. They simply kept patiently explaining to the woman that she needed to contact the vendor if her package had been shipped to the wrong address.
They're professional, they're kind, and they know what they're doing.

“I came to the North Ridgeville branch because the employees at the Avon usps are awful. So rude, and complaining non stop about how much they hate their jobs. I had a very different experience here. The workers were friendly, kind and professional. I will gladly drive out of my way to come here vs the Avon branch which is right around the corner from my house. Thank you.”

“I come to either buy stamps or ship items , never had an issue , special thanks to the older gentleman I believe his name is Craig . He is an asset to the post office . Wait time not bad , only issue I had I requested on many times fir them to stock the Eid stamp and they never do.”

“I live a half an hour away from this post office and I stopped in to drop off a package. While in line, I noticed the item I was delivering was sticking out from between the box and box opening. I thought I was not going to be able to have the package delivered when the front desk clerk was kind enough to put tape over the opening. I am so very grateful due to the timeliness needed in this delivery. As a former employee of the post office, I applaud his hospitality as I know this is not the norm. Keep it up and and I hope your energy spreads throughout the post office culture.”
