2:00 appointment- sat til 2:35 with my feet soaking in cold water before anyone came to work on my feet. I had appointments and couldn’t waste that much time. Left.

We been customers there for 25 years. It been disappointing how they treat long time customers. You have appointments and they keep changing it for newer customers? Also prefer white customers over black customers. They are always playing the race game and pushing black customers away.

I love this place!!! I haven't been here in awhile because I moved out of the area. Well I made a visit and I have no regrets. I will be going back for sure. The workers care about giving quality service and Lilly is just awesome. The prices is great too.

I have been going to Princess Nails for years and I love it. If you are looking for super fancy no this is not the place for you. If you are looking for friendly workers and good customer service and reasonable prices for services this is the place for you.
