The layout of the Sam's Club in Sheffield was one of the most confusing I have been too. The aisles weren't very well laid out, and they were very tight. It honestly felt like we were in a maze trying to get through to the aisles. This is the first time that I have seen a sushi station and as well as a juice station. The place also wasn't that clean. Sam's Club in Sheffield needs to remap the club to make it easier to navigate through.

This place is well stocked and clean. Better than that, they offer the cheapest gas of all within a 100 mile radius. We usually stop here if we are passing through on the 90 and need gas.

Store is clean. Staff is courteous. Prices are ok. They seem to have things there when needed. Lines are never super long which is good. The sushi they make in house is great. My family and I have indulged multiple times. Its fresh and never fishy smelling.

Great storeA little confusing since they redid the layout but still a great store to shop at. Always find good deals on things you need and everyone was wearing a mask. Love how they unload the cart for you now too. Makes it easier when I take the kids with me.

Stopped here for fuel and a few last minute gifts for the holidays. The guy directing traffic for the gas station needs to be retrained. Their process of slotting cars is inefficient when people just pull in from the other side. I understand wanting to sell gas onsite but they need to hire a better planner for their pumps. When someone pulls in on the other side and starts pumping while you have waited for two cars to fill up and you have two more behind you. As far as the store goes the inventory was well stocked, aisles pretty well marked, and lots of vendors reps handing out free samples. It would be nice to see as many employees on the floor as they have vendors working the endcaps. The prices are very good if you shop smart and for your consumption habits. I do not understand why there were not two employees on every lane and why they think one employee can manage all of their self checkouts without their lines getting backed up at peak times. I have been to Walmarts on Black Friday that were more efficient at the registers thathis Sams was the weekend before Christmas. I am as critical as I am in this review because everything about this experience was great except for every interaction or lack of interaction with an actual Sam's employee. This led to frustration, longer wait times, and me leaving a potential 1200.00 purchase on the shelf. I did buy it at the Sam's in Columbus, but I didn't need to make another trip to Sams on a holiday weekend and I am sure they would have liked to make the purchase here if I was the manager. There are certain times of year a retail store knows they are going to be busy and it is imperative that they have enough employees so the customer experience does not suffer. Overall, their gas prices are awesome in a full size truck with the light on and do I love Sam's just not around the holidays.
