I watched someone bring a bag back into the store saying they got the wrong order. The employee then stuck my sticker on it and tried to give it to me until I told them I had seen the other customer return that sandwich and I didn't want that one.

So typically, I do not write reviews. However, today I went into my local sheets. I come here often but today something was different when I walked in. I was greeted by everybody in the store. Typically, I have to wait for my food or drink that I order about 20 minutes today I waited approximately 5 to 7 Max. I’m not sure what they did at the store but keep up the good work

Incredible staff! Had an issue with my food getting cold while waiting for a drink, the manager had no issue remaking my entire meal fresh for me. Always very friendly and courteous!

I love ALL Sheetz stores! Employees are always so welcoming and helpful! Shout out to Mike, cashier at this particular Sheetz! Mike's consistent with his great attitude and professionalism.... A true asset to Sheetz corporation!

Ordered a steak sandwich they waited 30 minutes to tell me they where out of steak an then offered me a 3 meat sandwich an that took a nother 15 minutes NEVER AGAIN

Every time I get an order from this location off of door dash. They always give the guy a super hard time for no reason. And they tend to screw up made to order drinks. Multiple times I've gotten milkshakes un blended with multiple large ice chunks still in it.

They didn't put anything other than bacon on my firehouse fryer box, forgetting literally everything else. Quality in general has gone down

I just got done eating the first meal I've ordered from here. It's late night, and I used the app. I was pleasantly surprised at the amount of food options there was to choose from.
I decided on breakfast; an egg and biscuit sandwich with mini hash browns. I also got a side of Mac n cheese just in case the other food wasn't very good. To finish off the meal, I selected a hot mocha with caramel and whipped cream.
The staff working there tonight was on-point. Fast, friendly, and let me tell you ... My food was sooooo goooood! I'll definitely be back to try out some more deliciousness! My biscuit was buttered, the egg and sausage both had great flavor, and the hash browns tasted like mini versions of what McDonald's has.
This was a very positive foodie experience. Thank you!

Feb 21, 2025 - Debit card Problem at Fas Pump. Had to go inside two times to see /cashier.. He asked me How much I wanted. told him $20. But when I checked my bank account on Feb, I found two $20 withdrawals They cannot correct mistake at the Location. Have to wait a month til my back statement arrives and then call their customer service number. Rediculous.

The old lady working drinks need to get a better attitude and need to learn how to do customer service again or just not work there at all. Idk what the problem was, all i know is hire better people
