Tom Chernitsky provided exceptional service to my husband and I who were shopping for both a king and full mattress. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He also met us at our price point and did not try to oversell us. We had worked with him in the past and received the same level of service. We will refer him to others and will certainly come back to him again.

Had a great experience today @ Sleep Outfitters @ Chestnut Commons in Elyria. Tom was so knowledgeable & helpful. The store has a great selection of mattresses which allowed me to try different options before buying. If u r looking for a new mattress stop in and see Tom.

Very awesome place. Tom was very helpful and very knowledgeable about all the products. Purchased a temper pedic ergo 3.0 base and 2 pillows. Definitely buying our next mattress from there.
