Worst experience ever, they called to say my vehicle was ready, get there to pick it up and nothing is lined up correctly, fix it again next time there reason is the insurance wouldn't do oem, call the insurance oem fender order show up to pick it up again. Still isnt lined up correctly, now the response is there is only so much I can do! Call the insurance dropped it off for an adjuster to look at, I leave a note on the seat please contact me when done, no call show up to pick my car up and its locked in there gate now in with out a vehicle and no way to work wow very poorly ran business costing customers time and money! I will never do business with them again

got into an accident and my whole front end needed repaired. they got it done in a very timely manner. not only did they make the outside of my car look as good as new they also cleaned the inside of my car! Everyone is so friendly, the lady at the front desk is as sweet as can be, very professional but knows how to lighten the mood of needing to get your car fixed! I am extremely satisfied with my experience!

They made the entire process easy as can be from getting scheduled to getting a ride to pick-up/drop off my rental. The staff was super friendly all of the time. Great experience and my car looks amazing.

So happy with the repairs made to my 2020 car, and the service I received. My repairs may seem small to some people but this is my last car purchase and it still looks new like it did when I bought it thanks to D&S Automotive Collision Elyria.

We took a company vehicle here form repair and the staff here knocked it out of the park. From first contact, we spoke with Michelle, who was very friendly and willing to help. As they knew this was a company vehicle. They got us in very fast and communicated with us every step of the way. They had the truck for just over a week and it looked good as new when we picked it up. Thank you to each and everyone of the staff here and we highly recommend them.

I was nervous because every place I called or stopped at said they were booked out a couple months. When I came in here I was asking when they could take me and they said, “leave it here today, you need a ride home?” They helped me immediately and dealt with the insurance company so I didn’t have to. I wasn’t sure how it all worked out because I had never had to actually use my insurance.
The called me every few days to let me know what was going on and what kind of ETA they had for me. I think my vehicle was there for 20 days when they called me and told it was ready to go. They did such a great job and were so friendly and helpful.

Second time I've been to D&S Automotive for fender bender repairs. From the time you walk in the door they are on it from Rent-A-Car to keeping you in the loop when your vehicle will be done and of course awesome repair work. I would highly recommend them

Everything was done when they said it would be and it was right...and they detailed me car. This is my second time dealing with them and both times I was very satisfied . They get my stamp of approval.
