It's a tiny store on Cleveland st in Elyria. I love this place. The lady and gentleman who run it are the kindest people you will ever meet. I always look forward to going in and chatting with them. They make you feel like you are the most important person in the world when you are there. The prices are also cheaper than down the road. Love you guys and keep keeping on! ?

I found the store clerk, female. Rude, unfriendly,resentful to help me, resentful to even listen to my questions, or to answer them. And as I was given no receipt, I can't look at it and see why my purchase was at least 5$ higher than I thought it would be. If I go back, I will be ready.

They're bulk tobacco is reasonably priced. Their package cigarettes are a little more expensive but they're generic cigarettes such as LDs are much cheaper and American made. In fact at this point in time LDs dropped in price while all other cigarettes are going up. Gail, Sondra, and Bill are all courteous and kind people as long as they are treated with the same. It is the only place I will buy cigarettes anymore. I highly suggest Smokers Outlet.
