Pros- I like how early this place is open compared to others. I also like that you can pay with your phone . The app let's you track your washer and dryer times which is nice. The washer took a min to start but overall felt my clothes were pretty clean. The dryer is very cheap compared to prices of other places I've been too. I felt my clothes were pretty dry when done. They also have a ring camera throughout the building.
Cons- I'm pretty sure someone was sleeping in here and some random dude walked in off the street to use the bathroom. As a women by herself , I honestly felt kinda uncomfortable here alone based off that fact. I also think it would be nice to have something to wipe out the washers between use of customers.
Overall I'll probably come back to this laundry Matt in a pinch but I definitely think they need to up security a little better during the early hrs.
I have this place a 7/10.

They need to minimize the vagrants.They are there asking for money or sleeping inside the laundromat every time I go to do laundry.The laundromat is usually clean and well taken care of.

Different sizes washers and dryers. Took me $7.50 to wash and dry 4 loads. (Dark colors only). Awesome

I’m going to goodwill after this. Buying more clothes to wash. The smallest washer is $3.00 for cold water, $3.25 for warm, $3.50 for hot. The lady at the counter was friendly. She answered my questions. The WiFi didn’t work for me, it was unresponsive. They have Landry carts which is nice. A vending machine with canned drinks and junk food. The temperature was fine. I will return, if in the area. There are cameras, beware. Dryers are $.25 cents for 5 minutes. Yikes!

I had my jeans stolen out of dryer. Only person who was there when I put them in washer was the attendant! She was there when zi came back take my clothes out of the dryer. She smiled said have a good day. I grabbed my stuff out if both dryers not realizing my jeans and work pants were gone! Will never go to your Cleveland St location again!

Rip off. Do not go here. The larger machines require you to use an app on your phone which charged me 3x for each load. I also then paid 2x because two machines did not spin out my clothes. Contacted manager and he never returned my call. Contacted the app service and they have a limit on refunds. Unacceptable service.

Very clean! Machines easy to operate first time user!My 5-star rating hasn't changed! But this morning's trip (8-17-22) was a little disappointing. I arrived about 7:30 a.m. & couldn't believe the number of dryer sheets & items (stray socks) on the floor! But that's not on the laundromat, that's on the people who are too lazy to pick up after themselves!This is my regular laundromat, since I live at the opposite end lol! Today, 4/15/22, my sister came with me to do an oversized quilt. Her comment to me was "can't believe how clean the place is". Good job Southside Laundry ?

The customer service sucks, they do not check calls or call back to take care of urgent issues. This isn’t the first time we have had issues, we have laundry stuck in a washer in Grafton since 6 pm last night and it is just spinning and we cannot get washer opened, we have called, sent email, and even message through Facebook and no response. Who knows is clothes will be damaged

I've always loved going to the laundry mat. This place is very straight forward and quiet. Not usually crowded and it's affordable.
