I've had their downed line laying across my backyard since last weekend. After struggling through their wonderful automated phone service I created two separate work tickets to get this resolved. Finally after the two attempts Edison was here in 20 minutes and resolved the issue. This is why I dropped spectrum a few years ago.

If I could rate less i would! Do yourself a favor and find a better business that actually gives a shit about the customer and not just the money! Not only do rates increase constantly for shitty internet no matter what speed you pay for but it goes out and glitches constantly! Called the office and complained said we would get a credit on our bill and of course that didn't happen.... called back and the lady said oh we don't credit for that .. pfft please find a different business because this one sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The manager (Hispanic Male) was extremely unprofessional. Upon trying to speak with him regarding my concerns, he rudely allowed others to interrupt our conversation several times as I was explaining in great detail, my issues, without him even saying "Could you please excuse me for just a moment." This continued throughout my visit to the Spectrum store in Chestnut Commons, Elyria, Ohio location. I switched my services due to this visit. Zero stars, below zero.

Spectrum mobile is horrible!!!!!!!!!! The customer service doesn’t know a thing! The stores even know less!! I’ve been trying to get insurance on my daughters phone for 5 months! I call them, they send a link THAT DOESNT WORK!!! I called them guess what?! They want to resend the LINK!!! They are a terrible mobile service! I go into the store ?! Guess what they have NO ANSWERS! Then the worker at the store promise to call me back ! Guess what ? Been a week! So then I asks if I could get the number for the store ! Oh they don’t have a direct number! This is sad and just horrible! Spectrum if you want to be a part of the mobile world, please know what you are doing or just stick to internet! 😡😡😡

Came to this store multiple times, first time shopping around for quotes on phone service. Second time to seal the deal. For some reason pricing kept “changing.” After a total of 6hrs in the store across those 2 days I still left empty handed & paying far more than originally quoted on the phones as they had to be shipped. Did all the necessary verification, only to find out on delivery day that the phones were cancelled. Kyle & Daniel were very unprofessional in how they were handling customers from vulgar language to putting down the company itself. Putting pressure on us even with the changing costs not making any sense & taking us to the last minute of them being open for us to “take the offer or go” pretty much. 0/10 if that was possible.

Trash....They kept raising my monthly cost. Started out at $90 a month to over $200 in 4 years. No upgrade, nothing...Basic/local channels for 4 years. 200 some dollars?!! Absolutely not! I would advise anyone to stay away from this cable company.

Unbelievable ignorance. Ordered a phone which the customer rep entered in the wrong color. Upon noticing the error contacted Spectrum. Told I would have to go to the store as they were unable to change the order on the phone. Arrived at the store to be told that they have to have the incorrect phone and then exchange and order a new one.The phone I ordered has not shipped.They are going to have someone ship the wrong phone, have me exchange it, ship it back, order the correct phone and have it shipped again.All after I realized their error 2 days prior to the wrong item being shipped.What a waste of time and labor and a complete ignorance not to recognize it.Give zero if I could.

So I went in to pick up my equipment after purchasing a plan. The worker who assisted me could not modify my plan to include a router. I was okay with that I guess. I then asked if there was someone else I could talk to and he said no. I said okay I guess I’ll have to buy my own router then. I ask him about it and then he also had no knowledge on what router to recommend buying and basically told me I was SOL He then sits down and starts playing with his phone in front of me and I ask “ok is that it then?” Seriously, hire people who give a shit about their job at least a little bit.

I’m extremely frustrated with the misleading information and lack of transparency from Spectrum regarding my recent phone purchase. I financed a phone on Thursday and was promised by the sales representative that I would receive it by Saturday. After multiple calls and chats with customer support, I found out that the phone hasn’t even shipped yet and I may not get it for another 3-5 business days! If I had known this upfront, I would not have gone through with the purchase. Now, Spectrum won’t confirm stock availability in stores or provide any options to resolve this, and I can't call the store because I don't have a phone. This is not acceptable and spectrum engaged in deceptive sales tactic to get my money and people should know that's bad business now I'm supposed to wait a week without a phone after the guy assured me I'd have it today. LIVID!!!

Terrible customer service. Signed up twice to be included on my elderly mother's account because I am her POA. Every time I call to make a change they tell me I am not on her account and have to come to the office in person. Funny they will allow me to add services over the phone for her but not remove services. Will be cancelling all services. So glad to be done with them.
