Very rude worker in the afternoon. Went there about 9 p.m. And she was very loud and obnoxious. Didn't even try to help us with getting the card to wash! Wasn't trying to explain anything or help in anyway! I do not recommend this place at all.

I usually do laundry on Saturday mornings at the Broad Street location. The facility is great and always clean. However,, I get to the location at 7am and noone is there to open. I call a nearby location and asked if she new anything?. The worker was kind enough to call her boss and call me back to inform me that the employee had overslept and was on her way. Its now 7:30 and I could have been half way done with my wash but I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting. I decided to leave and I am fuming that I got myself out of bed to get something done and could not.
Advice. Get a backup alarm clock like I use when I know people are depending on me to show up and provide a service!! Absolutely bad for business! By the way, this is the second time this has happened. The first time, an employee strolled in 20 minutes late to open and not even an apology for keeping customers waiting. I think management needs to take a look at things!!

I don't know her name she is blonde and super helpful. Always gives me Laundry tips. I go to wash my bigger items, bedding and rugs .

I haven't been to a laundromat in years so I read online reviews about different ones and this one sounded idealI was a bit skeptical at first and was hesitant but I needed clean laundry. I'm glad I chose this place. It was clean and the attendant on site named Jazmin was super helpful and friendly I was impressed with her willingness to help me.Because of her and how clean the place was I will go back there!I would highly recommend this place even if you have somewhat of a drive because it will be worth the trip!

This place is second to none when it comes to attention to detail. The cleanliness,affordability, and courtesy of the staff is why we have been going here for the past 15 years. We've seen three owners over this time and it still continues to impress.

This was the first time I had to use a laundromat. The workers were very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean too. I will definitely be using this place again when needed.

I would come here regularly, but today I tried to drop 2 loads of laundry off and the total came up to $52 I gave her $100 bill and the lady that was working said she couldn’t accept it because my purchase has to be over $60 in order for her to accept $100 bill. Horrible customer service & lost my business for good. Last time they never called me and told me my laundry was done either. I always tip the person working as well as paying but never again!

Never came to a laundry mat before but in the middle of getting a new washer so I came & the lady working Stacy was awesome, I forgot my soap at home & she offered me some and also dryer sheets and even put the front tv on for my son while the washer and dryer were going. 5 stars & she needs a raise , the place was spotless and very clean and all the washers & dryers were clean as well. I'll be back if I ever need to again because of Stacy ! Thank you !
