My wife went to this T-Mobile store to get her father a new cell phone and experienced amazing customer service. Her dad‘s old phone wasn’t working properly, so she was having difficulty getting the old number ported to the new phone. BJ went above and beyond to get her dad‘s old number assigned to the new phone. She was amazed that the staff at this store worked so hard just to get her dad a new flip phone. BJ said that there are no big and small phones and they treat all the customers the same.

Always quick service and great at problem solving. Recommend that you use the one by the mall but not by Walmart in Elyria.

I'm in the process of changing from cable TV so I followed up on the discounted internet from T moble. I stopped at the Chester Commons store in Elyria and there staff was very helpful and provided great help in guiding me away from cable TV. Thanks you all (Tamiya, Amber and Tania) for the exceptional service...Dan

Manager Pete, rude as ever for starters. Horrible customer service that guy is definitely in the wrong line of business. Will never go to that store again as long as he's employed. T-mobile has been told about my complaint and several others. If you stay in elyria and is a T-mobile customer, Chestnut Commons T-mobile is the store.Great customer service, they really do a great job at that store

All around bad experience.I was on a three-way call with customer care and this store to find out if they had the correct phone in stock because the wrong phone was shipped to me. They told us it was but when we got to the store it was obvious they were more interested in playing Google Jenga then checking if the product was in stock. Which it was not, yet they said it was and wasted my time. Not only was it not in stock but they literally did not know what they were doing and we're not able to help us at all. They had six employees on the clock playing games. Must be nice.

I had to return to the location in Elyria 2 times to resolve the activation issues with my wife's new Apple Watch - and you also charged me $70 in activation fees for the watch and the internet which I didn't mind at first but once I had to return a second time you were on MY CLOCK and MY TIME and I feel a refund of the activation fees were in order but your associate didn't see fit to do so - in my opinion you owe me $70 for MY TIME!!

I wouldn't trust this store again. The workers who assisted me were not knowledgeable about current promotions and I feel like I got swindled. They were all friendly enough and the store was clean/well stocked, but I was misled.If you go here wanting to take advantage of any promotions, I'd suggest looking into it yourself first.Full story... I went into the store in April to upgrade my phone. Andre helped me pick out a new (expensive) phone and said I'd get an $800 credit by trading in my current phone, awesome. I had a tiny hairline crack on my screen, so he told me to use my insurance plan ($100 for replacement) and then do the trade-in. So I did that, still worth it.. A month later, the credit comes back as $50... I contact T-mobile customer service and they explained the $800 promotion was only if I also switched my plan type, something Andre assured me was not necessary - I asked multiple times. So I was persuaded into a very expensive phone by promising the credit I'd receive for the trade in would lower the price ... which isn't even applicable in my situation.It's been 4 months and it's been a nightmare going back and forth with T-mobile customer service to see if anything can be done since I've been with T-mobile for 13 years. I kind of doubt it at this point, but we'll see. This all would have been avoided if they knew what they were talking about and understood what promotions were running at the time.Update. I emailed as requested and no one responded to me.

I was trying to get back on automatic payments but the system was down. I would really like T mobile to stop taking the monthly payment two days before the due date.
