Dalia deserves a raise! I had recently got my iphone 13PM stolen and i needed a new phone so i went up to my local tmobile and she was able to answer all the questions i had and she was able to get me a new iphone 12 and was ablw to transfer all of my old phones data to my new one without having to access the old phone. i also ended up buying an apple watch while i was in there. dalia was a wonderful help thank you

The manager Delia was rude and spoke very negatively about an employee in front of customers. She was yelling from the back of the store to the front where the 2 other employees were trying to help us. It was super unprofessional.

Went in ready to buy phone. Waited 45 minutes for someone to help us buy or acknowledge we were there and say they would help us in a minute. Nobody helped in that time and we left. Waste of time and bought elsewhere.
