Staples provided me with the supplies I needed and the prices I love. Customer service was a great help and I appreciate it. Thank you, I hope Staples in Elyria is here to stay even though everything around it is dying.

Absolutely hate having to go there but it's the only place around that accepts amazon returns. The store itself oozes misery, makes me feel awful to walk in there as the employees reflect the misery. Is there any way to help these fellow individuals feel better about coming to work? Can they get a raise maybe? Is it the result of bad corporate management or is it plainly just their personality? Guess we'll never know.

The employee at the Amazon return desk is extremely rude. He had a line formed and he was too busy in a conversation with someone who referred to him as his brother to acknowledge waiting customers or offer help, then this person asked him to split the Rice Krispie treat he was eating while helping customers. The lady in front of me had several returns and he kept saying “you’re all set” rushing the woman to get her done, but yet at same time I’ve never seen anyone move more slowly while working at their job. When it was my turn he never looked at me or offered help so I walked up to counter and greeted him and he never said a word, so I showed him my phone and he scanned it and never said anything to me. He then said “you’re all set” then acted extremely annoyed when I asked for a receipt for my return. I have no idea why this store is even still open other than to accept Amazon returns, I would never shop with a store with such terrible service. This employee was a truly poor representation of this company.

Pretty easy store to work with. UPS inside on the other hand not so much. When returning Amazon products make sure to never buy through a third party because the store will charge you an arm and a leg on returns inside this place....

I came in to get a HUGE print job done - 7,000 prints, cut at 3 different heights. Riley and his team were a huge help and made sure everything was done correctly and promptly. Thanks again to the team and we'll be sure to be back with future orders.

Every time I go there, the place needs an attitude adjustment. I'm sorry everyone who works there is so miserable. Especially the guys at the Amazon return desk. Keep it to yourself.
