I used to use this store a lot. My recent experience has lead me to use UPS store in Sheffield. I stood there for a half hour trying to print documents. Three employees less than ten feet from me never came over to help. I was the only customer in the area and all they told me was check my email. Thinking someone would come over after I was asked “still no luck?” I said no and waited. Then I started to google other printing places in my area. I stood there waiting until she started waiting on someone that just came in the door. I asked for help repeatedly and no one came. Super disappointed.

Alexis is the best! Not only is she super helpful and knowledgeable but her customer service skills are beyond amazing. If there is an issue with my printing stuff, someone always calls. Unlike the competitor. I am a BIG Alexis fan! She is the best!

I went in to fax some very important paperwork as I was waiting in line to ask for assistance the lady asked if I needed copies or to send a fax I told her yes she just pointed to the machine and said self-service is over there and then continued what she was doing. I could not figure out the fax machine so I went back up to the counter there were two people there and 1 customer getting copies printed up. both of the employees ignored me for 10 minutes and finally one asked if she could help me I told her the problem It took her another 5 minutes to come to fax machine to help me.

This is a true customer review. I was not compensated for it.If I have to tell you how to do your job and you still can’t do it, yes I have every right to get angry and not return.I have friends who have an unlisted house number. This caused understandable problems in December concluding with the manager putting the number in manually in the street address line and the package getting successfully sent. Yesterday I TOLD Anakin exactly what needed to happen, three times, and she still couldn’t do it. I knew it wouldn’t reach its destination without the house number being printed on the label because it wouldn’t be in the bar code and had to do more haggling with Anakin to get the letter back so I could mail it by USPS. You lost a sale and my respect.

Their printing/copy center is absolutely worthless now. New software and "corporate policy" has taken away their ability to make beautiful color laser copies. I am taking my business elsewhere.

This staples has gone downhill after the last 2 years. We have a thousands of dollars accountThat we have ALWAYS ordered from this location. AMY always helped us with no problem. Now she’s not there and the manager on duty says it’s too much work for her to do?? Maybe have a better place to work and youd have a better job retaining your people.Needless to say our account will be taken to office max.

I went to this store this morning to make copies and fax them, the person in charge at the time, I want to thank her for her excellent customer service apart from everything the store looked well organized and clean.

Website delivery fail. Advertising 1-2 day delivered. I am waiting still, 9 days. Currier service only says it is on the truck for delivery, every day but never arrives. There is no evidence that any attempt was made to deliver it. This service is so bad that I think it must be some kind of money thieving scheme. What a waste of time. I hope that I am able to recoop my money.

Two starts for nice people trying hard, but this is a poor print/copy service. I will not use them again.I used Staples' online portal for printing of a set of training manuals that I needed for the next day. The results were embarrassingly poor.My written request was for 10 copies of 40 pages, single sided, B&W with a color cover, comb binding with a blue back. Staples printed the entire document, including the cover, in B&W. This made my document look cheap and unprofessional. The binding was spiral, not comb, which made the manual hard to write in. The printing was double-sided instead of single-sided, which meant I had to scrounge up additional writing pages for my meeting participants. The back cover was the only thing they got right. I did not have time for Staples to re-run the job.I did get a call to tell me my order was ready earlier than promised, which was kind. Additionally, a staff member showed me that the color error was in Staples portal: although I uploaded a 4 color document, she received only a B&W rendering - so I guess they can't actually make the color copies they advertise. Unfortunately, she did not call to tell me about that discrepancy before she printed the order. She did remove the charge for a color cover -- which indicates that the request for a color cover was available to her. Finally, she told me that "next time" I should bring a letter on my company letterhead to identify myself because my materials are noted as copyrighted on their cover. She looked honestly confused as I explained that the name of the person placing the order (me) and the name on the credit card I was paying with (mine) were the same name listed on the cover as the author and copyright holder (me).She suggested that "next time," I should drive to Staples and bring them my document on a flash drive and make my print order verbally. Apparently, this Staples is also a technology time-travel portal back to 2005."Next time," I will find a professional copy/print shop instead.

order via their website to have store take two hours to cancel the order due to bad inventory management, when they state Ready in One Hour. Furthermore staff made no attempt to offer alternative locations, check alternative locations, or offer delivery. Called after to talk to manager, and kept getting put on hold. Clearly this location doesn't give a darn about sales, customer satisfaction, or doing their jobs.

WOW! Talk about overpriced! I was told that the cheapest they could ship my package was over $25! I went to the post office and shipped it for $4.80.
