I was quoted $277 and some change to have my headlight bulbs changed on my 2020 Chevy Traverse. Brought my SUV in 2 days later at 9am (scheduled appt). 3 hours later, we received a call that I was quoted wrong and that the job would be more than triple the cost of what I was originally quoted. We picked up my car and will be getting it serviced somewhere else. The service department staff was extremely rude, unapologetic, and offered nothing in the way of a solution/resolution. Very Dissappointed in Service department. I will not be getting my vehicle serviced here ever again

My company uses Sunnyside to buy vehicles for our fleet and to maintain them. My boss referred me to Jason Higgins so I could see what the value of my recently deceased mother's car would be worth and what they would give me for it. I sent him the info and pics he requested and talked on the phone. He said someone would be getting back to me. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. I texted Jason Higgins again and said I never heard from anyone and I requested someone come out to do an out of state VIN verification so I can get it titled to me and then sell to them. That was 2 weeks ago, no response. Don't use them or at the very least, don't work with Jason Higgins.

I took my 2014 impala in a year ago to have the sunroof fixed. When I received it back the sunroof was leaking, I kept in touch with Tammy from service and she said the part was on back order. It took a year to get the part in, but it did finally come in and Tammy contacted me as soon as it came in to set up an appointment for me to bring in the car to have it fixed. I took my car in and when I received it back I am happy to say that it no longer leaks. I am very happy with the people at Chevy and at Sunnyside for working to get the part and getting my sunroof fixed.

I took my Chevy Express to Sunnyside. They told me that they would let me know what was wrong with my van. I found out , I needed a part in my transmission that was nearly impossible to get. They tried to get approval for a whole new transmission because they thought it would be easier. So fast forward 3 months. I finally got my van back. I asked the cashier if someone is going to tell me what they did to my van. She replied: it is written on your paperwork. No one ever told me exactly what they did. I have never been to a dealership where they didn’t explain what they did. So if you want a dealership who explains what they do to your vehicle then Sunnyside is not the place for you.

Recently had an unfortunate expensive non warranty repair done on an electric car. Service department was very responsive and tried providing their best advice on how to proceed. Car was fixed quickly once the parts were available.

My experience with Sunnyside was exceptional. They earned our business from out of state. Ashley U. was open, honest, and transparent from the get-go. There were no games. We got everything done over the phone so all we had to do was drive in, sign, and be on our way. It was quick and seamless and she got the job done! 20/10 recommend her.
