Purchased a Tahoe from Quentin and couldn’t be happier with my experience. Did most of my negotiation over the web and phone. Came in to sign the paperwork and it couldn’t have been easier. No games. Everything ready and as promised. I’ve purchased a bunch of cars and this was by far my best experience. I had some issues registering my car out of state a few months later (not the dealerships fault). Quentin continued to provide excellent service. Followed up every time as promised and was able to help me resolve the issue. Would absolutely buy another vehicle from him and Sunnyside again.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. I did not feel any of the hard sale pressures I was worried about. I felt my salesman, David Wrice was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was interested in. He was informative without being pushy. All of the staff we encountered at Sunnyside were very easy going. This made the overall experience enjoyable. I am very sad to say goodbye to my old car, but I am very happy with my brand new one

Wouldn't recommend whatsoever. Bought a 2020 certified pre-owned in May (it's the beginning of Nov.). Needs a new air filter, back windshield wiper was damaged and needed fluids. Salesman let me test drive it around the block and that's it. Brakes started squeaking within a month. Brought it in NOT EVEN a month after purchase for a chirping noise. They "test drove" it and did nothing. Noise didn't disappear and they finally figured it out, but only after giving me a rental that was supposedly already purchased. I have to take it back tomorrow for the same chirping issue. Would NEVER recommend. I'd trade it in if I could... in a heartbeat.

I brought the car in for scheduled service. They processed the paperwork, took the vehicle into the shop right away Service was completed in timely fashion and I was on my way. Very good.

David Wrice was a pleasure to deal with and help me get the deal done on my 2024 Trax. Bob closed the loan and presented all extended warranties without pressure or hassle, while i chose not to buy extended warranties at this time, he did say I could add in the future if I choose to do so. The sales team was very helpful and at pickup, the repesentative (forgot her name) showed me all the features the vehicle has and set it up to my preferences. Great Team, very friendly and a pleasure to have them help me with this purchase.

I had a service appointment today. It went smoothly. The waiting area was clean and had coffee selections. Justin, a new service representative, was kind and helpful. All around I felt welcomed and valued. Thanks to the service department!

My car was there for over a week. I had to pay for a rental because they did not have a vehicle for me to use until my car was fixed. While my car was there I received 1 phone call the whole entire time communication was terrible I didn’t receive a call to update me on what was wrong with my car or how much it would be. I had to call them at least 10 times was told I would get a call back never did. I still don’t know what day my car was looked at. Then I got charged $100 more than what I was quoted on the phone when I went too pick up the car!

First off, I was just there as a co signer. They ran my credit 7 times! I am not happy about that. Then I’m rejected from GM financial (which I know has nothing to do with you) with a 795 credit score. What a joke. The only thing that I appreciated was Denise.(salesperson) she was very friendly and explained things very well to my fiends whom I was co-signing for.

I had a Great customer service experience here. Their sales/service department here really cares about the customer, which you don’t see very often these days. This place definitely has the best pricing around lorain county for used vehicles. I’d like to give a Big thank you to the sales department, Justin and his Manager Sam for the helping hand. I will be a repeat customer in the future, and advise anyone looking for a car dealership with great customer care and finding a vehicle at a fair price. This is the place.

A really decent selection of vehicles especially work vehicles I was there looking at the vans myself and the new designs and features are pretty good looking for a work vehicle the place is a good size lot and amply out at night as well to look at their vehicles I'll certainly be back when I'm ready to retire my current work vehicle that's for sure.

I was a little disappointed on how everything went. Made my appointment weeks in advance for 2 recalls. Went to my appointment and after being their an 1 1/2 they told me they had to order the part and get it shipped overnight. Really, then they had to give me a loaner car. Why wasn't the part ordered pryer to my appointment. I wasn't very happy needless to say. My car was ready the next day, but an inconvenience for me.

An appointment was scheduled for me a week in advance to repair/ replace right sideview mirror. When I showed up to my appointment, I was not acknowledged, nor could I tell who was employed or not based upon staff attire, etc.. Finally, someone attended to my needs just to ask me who scheduled the appointment, the part was not in, & that the vehicle would not be done on time because the part had to be painted. As if that wasn't enough, I was charged more money for the repair. This place is very unprofessional & I will never do business with them again!

This was my first time here, and it is one of the worst customer service experiences I've received when trying to have my vehicle serviced. I needed my sideview mirror repaired and made an appointment a week ahead of time. I showed up to my appointment, and I was not able to be serviced. No one had ordered the part. The service manager was kind enough to get things going quickly and had me come in two days later. It made me wonder, why did I have to wait an entire week the first time?Once my vehicle was repaired, a service person called me and guided me to the service area and just said, "There's your car. You can go to the counter now to pay and get your key." There was no let me take you to your vehicle, and show you what was done. Your actually mirror will look slightly different than the one you had. Here are the things you are being charged for. Now let's go over to so and so that she may take care of your payment and return your key.
