Passing through on a road trip, we found this Target friendly. The staff at the register and at the Starbucks inside were efficient and nice.

Zac at Elyria Target is a very rude employee and should not be working customer service desk. He is the only employee that gives my family a hard time when they are trying to pick up my online orders!
He refuses to allow my orders to be picked up with the bar code I provide for them. And has also refused to check my credit card for proof of purchase.
This behavior does not happen with any other Elyria Target employee!

zac the customer service worker always makes my trips to target the worst experience. whenever i’m trying pick up my online order he never lets me doesn’t even scan the barcode i show him. i just want to pick up my grandmas target order because she doesn’t drive any more and he always says no to me yet i can go in any other time he’s not working and it’s always just fine but any time he’s working i want to never come in a target again my grandma orders from there weekly at least and he makes the experience terrible i don’t know what his issue is but im going to stop going to this target if he keeps making everything harder

Items on shelves that are not the correct price, you pick up something from a shelf marked value priced for 2.99 and get to the register and it's 4.00, I'll go there only if I have to

I LOVE TARGET STORE AT ELYRIA
I LOVE ALL TARGET STORE.
AFTER THEY REMODELED LOOK MUCH BETTER THAN BEFORE. YOU CAN FIND EVERYTHING YOU NEED, BUT EVERYTHING. THE MOST THING I LIKE IT IS THAT IS VERY CLOSE TO MY HOUSE. I CAN EVEN WALK FROM HOME TO THE STORE. AWW, I ALMOST FORGOT THE STORE HAVE A STARBUCKS.

I love going to Target to go to Starbucks to buy my coffee because I have a pleasant time, because Kayla makes me feel at home, she is super friendly and always with a beautiful smile on her face, she makes anyone who arrives sad leave happy because she is full with his happiness to everyone who goes there.Thank you Kayla ?

Elyria Target is a clean, organized, modern and enjoyable place to shop. I love being able to buy groceries there since the remodel. One-stop-shopping is the best! The staff is always friendly and helpful too!

So now that this location has remodeled, I actually like going to this Target now. It's a lot better than how it used to be, and this is a lot closer to where I live. I love stopping by to grab a few items here. Skin care products, makeup , and a few other stuff. I like getting Starbucks here too every now and again, but since they have the lavender drinks at the moment... I have to stay away ;^; severely allergic and don't want to risk it. I'm terrified of cross-contamination. However, the workers for Starbucks in this Target store and the employees of Target at this store are all lovely and amazing, super helpful. So I will be shopping here more regularly.
