The service was great--got questions answered and work to be done fully discussed. 2 things would make the process better. 1. Didn't realize there was the AAA discount. Should have been informed while writing up estimate.. 2. No mention of the charge for road test. If you have the work done perhaps that charge should be dropped.

They were very friendly and patient with me when trying to assess my car's problem. They took the time to inform me about the process of maintenance for my car. I appreciated this kind of service, most mechanics are SO condo sending. Thanks for your attention to the details.

Went to place of business for an oil change was treated very poorly. At the front counter treated me like I was invisible. Tried asking questions he ignored me until I started asking about purchasing tires. Once I retrieved my vehicle looked under the hood to see if my fluids were topped off called ASAP to ask about windshield wiper fluid. Heard man at the counter called out to technician hey did you fill the windshield wiper fluid in that vehicle because yes heard him with my own ears. Didn’t respond to avoid conflict. So I get a email saying that they totally dropped the ball on filling up my fluids and to bring my car back also a rattling noise like the one the lady was having that was there with me. No way will I ever patronize that business again !!

Jeff and his crew always take a personal and professional interest whenever I take my car in to be serviced. Jeff always keeps me updated on the progress and options I can choose.
Their work is fast and well done. I will continue to take my car to Tuffy on Cleveland St. in Elyria as I have trust and faith in the gentlemen who work there.

The team at Tuffy’s has been great. They get our vehicle in and out with very little wait time. If they find an issue with anything they let us know if we need to take care of it now or if it’s something we need to do before anything else goes wrong.
