Easy process, I just went through the app from start to finish. The cargo van was in excellent condition. The man in the store was friendly and basically only needed to hand me the keys.

I was quoted and reserved for a truck at $89 but was charged $127 for some reason? I questioned it in uhaul chat but they ended chat before helping, leaving me hanging.
