Making an online truck reservation was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The truck was very clean and ready to go when I arrived.

Very smooth transaction. When I called to ask what size truck I needed to have a ramp, the gal that answered was helpful and offered to finish the transaction over the phone.

Today I had a very unpleasant experience at the U-Haul location where I went to pick up a reserved truck. The lady at the check-in desk was incredibly rude. She made a big fuss because the reservation and the pick-up person were different. Her exact words were, "You’re going to kill me… I hope this other lady doesn’t want the truck because then you will end up with nothing." This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. Please look for more educated workers. I expected better from U-Haul.

I posted pictures with time stamps, starting with me taking a picture of my gas in the U-Haul.
I had to wait 5 minutes for help from the start.
Sarina checks me in. Tells me to back my U-Haul up to the tow behinds. I ask her 3 times where my tow behind is. She responded with “they are hard to see”.
We load up my car, everything is good to go. The lady tells the workers it’s the wrong tow behind.
Sarina makes us completely unload my car. I lift the tow behinds by myself because it’s already been a hour of being here. We start to hook up the second tow behind and it’s broken.
A bunch of this could have been prevented if Sarina just walked me outside and showed me where the tow behind was.
I can’t make this up now there is something else wrong with my tow behind.
Finally about to leave.
Horrible experience.

0 stars .... I'm going to first start by saying what a shady area was not like that when I lived there. It was an absolute terrifying experience and a very hot hot terrifying experience. While driving 700 mi in 100° heat with no air conditioner it would kick on when it wanted to. And my God it took forever for us to get in the store and out with the U-haul there's absolutely no reason why the car should be driving almost 4,000 RPMs RPMs wow they must rig those trucks it's all about mileage. We got a 15-footer that only got 7 miles to the gallon make sure you take pictures and video footage because they will charge you for other people's damage while they know the damage is already occurred. We were behind a lady in line that was complaining that the inside of her truck and the door handle had blood all across the inside on the steering wheel on the radio. Well we went out to our truck also and there was blood on her door handle all over the inside very very noticeable if you drive it. unless the person Parking these things is the one cutting themselves they left the vehicle sit in blood with hepatitis A B and C G type G everything else AIDS infested blood and they're leaving them sit on their trucks so they gave us another truck with a passenger door that barely closed it looks like somebody tried to break into the passenger side door with either a crowbar or some sort of tool .we got everything on video and Camera before we droveoff . we didn't know that the passenger door barely closes and that you can see the outside from the inside so now my right ear has an earache and I'm pretty sure it's blown because when on the highway very very very very loud very uncomfortable experience . Felt like you had an industrial fan blowing in your face in the passenger seat along with the exhaust leak when you stop at red lights you can smell exhaust leak in carbon dioxide coming into your vehicle the brakes were shot very loud squeaky experience it should not have taken that much money to fill up that truck we will never go through U-Haul ever ever again especially while sitting at stop light shaking because the engine seems like it's going to shut off that explains why we see U-Haul trucks alongside the roads with their hoods popped up.

So they don't go over the paper work with you and don't tell you that you have to check the truck in when you return it on the app and then they charge you 20 dollars. With me being a first time person doing this I had no idea.
