Valley storage has been great to work with. The facilities in Elyria and in North Ridgeville are clean, easy to access and the Manager, Heather has been very helpful when I had any questions. I will work with Heather and Calley Storage in the future.

They sent me a Birthday Coupon for $5 off my rent. Told me to take it to office where my storage unit is. That is useless because there is no one there anymore.

My Elderly grandmother is moving in with me and she was needing somewhere to put the things she isn't bringing with her. Heather was incredibly helpful, friendly and understanding! We would recommend this location! Customer service is perfect and we don't just feel like a number.
