Very disappointing experience . I even went back because the man that did my nails did a very poor job. My nails had already chipped in less than a week. It hasn’t even been 2 weeks, and my nails look terrible. I believe the man was sitting at station 4. But the first station, but the 2nd row back. He was very rude, and my nails look terrible.

Got me right in at my appointment time, place is clean and pleasant! Trish did an awesome job on my nails! Highly recommend, and they also do walk-ins!

I’ve been coming her for a while now and today I sat with somebody different than my usual girl I sat with Tony chair 4 and he did a horrible job I told him how I wanted my nails and he declined and did them his way not only his way but he did not do a complete job he left my nails looking like he just put the overlay on and polish and had the nerve to act like he was mad. Smh bad business I will not be returning Tony you should be ashamed of the way you treated a paying respectable client today. I hope it gets better for you sooner than later and you learn better skills.

NEVER EVER GO HERE. first, i requested a soak off and a fresh set and she does not soak them off but instead pops them off with a nail making my natural nails bleed then when i say i should wash my hands she says no not yet and puts the tip of a nail glue bottle directly in the cut. she then every time i am asking if she can fix something (which mind you, i asked her to fix things three different times and my nails STILL LOOK THIS BAD) she was saying stop worrying and eventually even said “yeah i’ll just do whatever you want then huh?” well you’d think! they are my nails! she was even talking about me with her coworker saying “they look exactly the same but she says it’s different” take a look at these nails and tell me they look even. eventually after asking her to fix so many things i stood up and said i am not paying for these and she ran to the door locked and and threatened to call the police. i explained i am more than happy to pay this service if you can make me happy with them but you have failed to do so and been rude MULTIPLE TIMES. she offers to “fix them” for the fourth time and we eventually get here. these are fresh this was just over an hour ago. extremely disappointed as i’ve gone here a long time. last pic was the inspiration pic, but i asked for the tips to be black instead. i paid $90 for this “soak off” and terrible set. 0 tip.

I was getting married the next day and couldn’t find a place to get into! So my best friend told me she was going here, I do not get my nails done, it’s not me. Well I was absolutely amazed by the work they do!! It’s simply art!

First time here. Super clean. Everyone was Friendly and professional. Andy did a phenomenal job. I appreciated his patience. His attention to detail is second to none. The aesthetic was peaceful. Happy New Year! I will definitely be back again.

Got my nails done a week and a half ago. 85 dollars. Yesterday one of them just fell off and the color coats were uneven. This used to be my favorite place .

Went to get acrylic nails and I was cut on more than half of my fingers. I asked for a pedicure and the man just painted my toes. Will not be going again, Save your money!!!

The work reflects how much of a rush they’re really in. Super dirty inside and they reuse all of their materials without cleaning them. Anddd my gel manicure sucks… the polish is bleeding into my cuticles and they were too lazy to put an even layer of topcoat on my nails. Great reminder of why I don’t come to places that don’t take time to give you a service worth the time and money you spend.
