Terrible customer service and ignorant layout. In order to HELP people in public who are paying for your services, you need to be able to understand what they're saying and actually hear them. They do not set up your phone or give you instructions on how to do so. The most laughable part is they do not have a majority of the devices that are advertised inside of the store. Verizon has seriously gone down hill. Don't go in person unless you want to get a major headache.

This Corporate Store has not changed in all the times I have
Been coming....we're in the Holiday season and you still lack sales people, you should have one person on the accessories because some people don't always want to buy a phone, and quit telling people they are getting a free phone with a 3 yr contract that is such BS Verizon is not giving u nothing for free there is always a Sale gimmick to think your saving money. I came in to buy something so simple, but it irritated me to no end..this will be my last time stepping in
to west river Verizon.

Their service has not been good any time I've gone in to see them. Switched service recently. T-Mobile customer service was pleasant, and chill.

Zach was seriously such a great help. He was so real with us and supportive. For once at Verizon, we actually felt cared about and heard. He had all the knowledge in the world and pointed us in the right direction. Thank you Zach!!

I had issues with my phone, think I needed a new sim card. I went to this Verizon Elyria store after getting no help at another store. Within 10 minutes Danaja had my issue and my phone fixed !!! I'm very happy with the service I received. I would recommend going to this location and asking for Danaja. Other employees there seemed to help customers efficiently too.

First phone store experience I've had that didn't suck. Zack McKee was my sales rep and made everything a breeze. He was a true and transparent professional. Would ask him for him directly if your headed in. Explained all the differences and features quickly and effectively. This will be the only Verizon store I go to from here on out due to Zack.

Went in to Verizon and Mari greeted us with a bright smile and was ready to help! She was very patient with all the questions with our acct to getting the best options available & also to help with trading in a phone to get a new one.Thank you so much Mari for all your help, kindness and patience we so appreciate you!
