Zack was so nice, knowledgeable and listened to me. I am a senior and knew what I wanted and he was sensitive to achieve my needs. I actually was thinking about switching from Verizon but a VIP email changed my mind. Got the S23 for free.

The company is just the worst I have had nothing but problems with the people in the store if is not the workes cussing me out there is a lack of just knowing how to do anything in the store they blame customers service for everything and won’t do the bare minimum they rather talk to other and just socialize then do their jobs customer service is so far the only helpful ones

Phone did not get activated and had to go back. Salesperson wasn't much help at all and just started ringing up accessories without going over prices or if I wanted them. I also think that being changed a "upgrade" fee to get another phone after spending hundreds of dollars is nothing more than gouging.

Absolute scam artists. They lie to make a sale. They overcharge you and say anything to get you to switch over but once they do they don’t care anymore and have nothing but issues with my service so far. Do not recommend whatsoever

Levy was wonderful! Kind, patient and knowledgeable. She made purchasing a new IPHONE extremely pleasant and since I am handicapped with extreme difficulty with walking, she walked with me to my car. Could not have asked for better service.

IDk if they are racist or what but I was dropping off my watch to be returned and they tried to charge me 50 bucks to collect my return.I looked at the female and was in the store waiting around for her for an hour to tell me i have to pay a 50 dollar restocking fee. I told her no I don't.Walked out.Called verizon and they said they have no idea why that girl was trying to take 50 bucks of my money and an hour of my time when I should have to had to drop it off and give them my order number and that's it.She was a younger girl and thought I was crazy for telling her I'm not paying anything to return the watch, and it's well within the timeframe for the return policy.Hateful Customer service and scammer vibes heavy there.

Rude lazy employees. Just picked up a new phone. Nobody would help with the transfer or activation. Told us to make an appointment after we just drove 45 minutes to pick up the new phone.

Stopped here after getting the run around from north Ridgeville store. Lady was very polite and helpful and apologized for the terrible service at other location.

Should be zero stars. The girl there didn't want to help and said I threw my card at her. Well my card slide across the table and that's why she said I threw it at her. Now there is a difference between throwing a card and a card sliding across their table. This girl felt some type of way and didn't want to provide me service due to discrimination.

I went through the process of switching phones and since then, one of my phones refuses to send pictures through texting. we thought it was the sim card but after stopping in and getting a new sim card it still doesnt work. I was a little frustrated that the gentleman who helped us didnt really know how to help us other than giving us a number to call...and really spend the whole time just trying to get me to buy another product. It was too pushy and less helpful than I needed.
