Have been messed around with since I started with them. Employee's messed up promotion which somehow led to me getting charged $359 for this months bill. How am I paying for their mistakes!? Good luck understanding customer service.

I originally left a positive review when I switched my services but I am now changing that!! Kristy the store manager is the most rudest person ever, she is so unprofessional!! My new service got shut off 3 days before my due date and when I went to fix that there were 2 guys in there that were helping me get through it , but then she got involved she did nothing to calm the situation she only made it worse!! This has all literally just happened within my first billing cycle so there is some frustration cause this affects my business services too!! She tried to tell me that she has nothing to do with errors or billing issues even though she is the manager and has a direct link to the sources. I clearly was frustrated about this situation and rightfully so should be ,and a manger of store should be able to rectify the situation without any issues, and let me tell you she does not have the ability to , and she has no business being a manager with her lack of people skills!! This really has me thinking about changing my services once again!! If you go to this store go to anyone else other than Kristy!!!

Beware if you purchase cases, screen protectors from this store. The screen protector cracked in first week and still trying to get a replacement which is under warranty since Sept.
The store staff tells untruths and gives you the run around. Would never shop there again.

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Horrible phone and internet service, neither worked, switched to spectrum and Verizon made the process of switching horrible.

I'm 80 years old and definitely not up to date with the latest technology. When I purchased a tablet and a phone the manager and her assistant went out of their way to get me up and running with my new technology. I really appreciate the service.

Tried to return the Verizon Gateway equipment and got lied to be yhe employees. They told is it can not be returned at Elyria Commons. Had to go to W River Rd. On arrival at W River Rd was told had to be returned at Elyria Commons. Poor Customer service! Called Verizon directly and they took care of everything in 20 min and filled a complaint on yhe Commons store.
