ya'll need to know that verizon now outsources all insurance claims on damaged phones to assurance. sadly, this has left me without a phone for a week now with no updates on when it will come in the mail. great yall knocked it down to $100, but id rather pay the $200 and actually GET THE REPLACEMENT. absolute joke and its costing me money now.

Tommy was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He helped me get a new phone and even helped me pick out a case! He was kind and considerate of every customer that came in the store in the meantime and was able to solve any issues they may have had. He made sure we had his card/number in case we ran into any issues. Great service.

Was informed that there was a tech on site at this store from a customer service personnel, go out of our way and drive there only to find out there is no tech in the store ever. very disappointed. The wife's charging port has something wrong with it and only slow charges plus only a certain charge cord.

I never actually went to this store but some thief posing as me did and opened up an account and financed a phone without needing to show an ID. They got a brand new phone which they of course didn’t pay for after getting it. Good job Victra!

The staff was extremely helpful but Verizon or who ever owns this store should hire at least one additional person for customer service and employee safety.Selling $1,000.00 phones with minimal help is a disaster in the making especially in these trying times.

Never using them again. Waited over 1 & 1/2 hours to pick up 2 phones. One person working. Need to better staff this location. Will NEVER USE AGAIN. SHOULD HAVE GONE TO BEST BUY, IN AND OUT IN LESS THEN 20 MINS!!!

Only ine person working. Employee is doing the best he can and was very kind. But a 45 min wait to an hour just to b helped is a bit much.

If I could give a zero I would. They totally mislead a family member of mine . They had ripped them off . I had tried for over 3 months to get my family member the money back and still never got it. Everyone needs to know if u are going to go to cell phone store make sure u go to a corporate store. The authorized stores can make up their own prices . My family member got overcharged on a phone. Verizon sales the phone for $500 and this store charged them $540. Didn't get the proper trade in amount. Was promised that they would take care of the issues but never did . NEVER AGAIN WILL WE EVER GO TO THIS STORE

Long story short, I had a horrible experience and they swooped in and saved the day. Thank you DaMante and everyone who helped resolve this issue! I don't know where things originally went wrong but since they were so quick to address it, I really do think that it was just an off experience.
