Overnight pharmacist man has absolute bedside manner from hell and seems to have anger issues. I think if I need to pickup something overnight again, I'll just go for more of a drive, to another store. It's worth it to me to not get treated like a vagrant drug addict. I know everyone's upset in this day and age but taking it out on your fellow people is NOT the way.

Walgreens always has good deals on namebrand products that we use in our homes every day. I would refer anyone to Walgreens for their purchases and the staff at the one in my hometown are so friendly and helpful every single time I see them.

The pharmacy was So professional and courteous. With ease and concern for me, the pharmacist, Derrick, quickly solved my problem of forgetting to bring my prescription meds when traveling to Cleveland from Utah. A real pleasant experience while interacting with all the staff. I am a frequent customer of Walgreens and, know and appreciate that wherever I go in my travels, there will be a Walgreens nearby that is there to help with my needs. This particular store is the 24 hour one on Cleveland Street in Elyria Ohio. Thanks to all.

Called to fill my prescription.was told can't fill till the next day..mind you they filled my scripts one day early several times here.The pharmacist said she won't was very rude..was on hold for 30 min on phone.When she finally picked up her attitude was so bad..I will be moving my prescriptions some where else.

Honestly very disappointed anymore in this pharmacy and the services. Pharmacists are rude, my medications are ALWAYS out of stock, yet I can go to CVS and get it filled the same day. It's tiring putting my health on the line to wait for medications that I'm told will be in the next day then nope... They aren't. It sucks because this is the only pharmacy closest to me hence why I try and use them but honestly I'm thinking about driving the extra 15 minutes if it means my health won't be put on the line anymore. People need their medications, and pharmacists should be empathetic to those worried when they can't get them. Not this place. All pharmacists are rude and then get mad when you get frustrated with their service. Disgusting and disrespectful. Oh and don't get me started on the wait time. They'll text you saying it's done, then you go there and you're waiting 45 minutes. How about fix your services and get your shit together. You are a pharmacy and if you can't operate how you are meant to operate then maybe it's time to shut down. Even Rite Aide didn't even do this...

This is a true customer review. I was not reimbursed for it.
The pharmacists at this location need to learn how to read.
Last year they put a prescription in for the wrong number of days and it was denied by the insurance company on that reason alone. (I somehow thought everyone knew that there are no months that have more than 31 days. Evidently not if you think 89 days equals 1 month?!? And then it’s my fault that the insurance company denied the claim?)
This year they completely missed that the insurance company covered a prescription, even though it was clearly printed on the receipt (that was stapled to the bag) that it had been accepted. I got to waste everyone’s time because the tech could neither believe that a covered script could possibly cost more than $100 nor that I would be willing or able to pay the copay? How is that her call to make, especially without first having read the receipt?!?
I respect that they are training new pharmacists but, surely, reading is a skill they all learned in elementary school. If yours didn’t, don’t be surprised when I take my business elsewhere.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Every. Single. Time. They say the wait at the pharmacy is 15 min you’ll come back and they’ll tell you a hour. It’s unacceptable how long they make you wait for prescriptions. No other pharmacy takes this long. And it’s not here and there it’s EVERY single trip. I almost dread getting prescriptions because I know it will be a 1-3 hour event. Walgreens needs to do something about this. And to top it off the staff has a bad attitude at the window.
