Every time I pick up an order I’m waiting ridiculously long for pickup. On average between 45-an hour or more. There’s zero effort by staff to make improvements. I go shopping in store, and there’s no registers open except self checkout. The lines are 20 people long and four registers opened. Having to wait almost an hour just to check out is insane. Staff just stands around staring at you talking. Meanwhile shelves are empty, no one will open a register, AND I still have to show my receipt when I am leaving. This might be the worst one I’ve been to.

Worst Walmart around. Never answers phone, can't ever find help, items on line show out of stock but there is you go in store. Removing my Walmart plus membership

This store is always clean and stocked. I usually only go in before work to get some lunch or snacks. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

The richest family in America refuses to hire cashiers and the self check out was a "Walmart" show if I ever saw one.

The damn Elyria store is always out of stock on items. I shop online and you don't find out half the items you chose are out of stock until around pick up time. They send you a message informing you your items are not available. Obviously, the Elyria store isn't properly managed. I don't generally have this problem at Avon or Lorain. I have to drive further to Avon now, if I want to actually purchase the items I need. It's absolutely infuriating! Who the hell is running the Walmart at Chestnut Commons in Elyria? Learn the basics of economics, keeping up the supply with demand!!

Racially profiled me when trying to check out. Before they would check out they demanded I show them my credit card in hand just to scan an item. Absolutely disgusting and racist behavior.

Had to grab a couple things and they had them - I had to check myself out as usual.. they had more workers watching people than checking them out..

I have great experiences with the company!
Not too bad they make sure you are taken care of! And they have good quality things both name brand and organic and other great stuff too! I love shopping here and having some good experiences too.

If I could specifically rate employees and how they treat customers I definitely would rate zero stars with an employee she wears glasses on top her head long gray ish silver hair older lady very nasty attitude on Feb 9th a Sunday me and my partner went in to buy something for someone's birthday , she sent 6 different employees to watch me and my partner which my partner uncomfortable so he had to leave to sit in the car because of his agoraphobia and anxiety and when I sent my partner to the car she sent another employee to watch us.. which was very uncomfortable. I truly despise going to this walmart it used to be my favorite one

I've not had a problem with finding the items I'm looking. Also not had an issue at this particular location with long checkout lines.
