Mylann was very personable and easy to get along with, but also very professional. He explained everything thoroughly and was very efficient. He was able to get me a number that I could work with and he didn’t try to beat me up over every little thing. Felt I had been treated very fairly. Whole process was about an hour. Mylann O. was wonderful to work with in the selling of Mom's car. He cares about you as a person, treated us with respect and was very easy going, allowing the process to go at our pace.
He followed through on every detail. He explained the process from inspection of the vehicle, to the paperwork needed, to Mom signing the documents, then the best part, the Check/payment for the vehicle.
Very great experience for us. Would do it again!
