I just recently rented a storage unit for my wife's deceased fathers belongings . We were very impressed on how clean the unit was . The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable on how to store the belongings and how to pack for long term storage.Very affordable and highly recommended. Thank you.

Manager was willing to help in anyway she can and was helpful with hints on how to pack and store items in unit. Provided a packet on insurance, but I chose to use my homeowners. Even though their provided packet had good rates.

Very freindly staff willing to work with you if your late with a payment nice clean facility gated and secure and under 24 hour video surveillance the owner betsy is a very friendly knowledgeable lady who has helped me out i will and would recomend west ridge mini storage to all friends and family keep up the great work betsy
