MO WAS ABLE TO FIX MY SAMSUNG S21 +. HE BROUGHT IT BACK TO LIFE FROM THE 'BLACK SCREEN OF DEATH '. HE IS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! TRULY ASTONISHING TALENT! My husbands Samsung Galaxy A12 got something stuck in the charging port...and could plug in the charging cord. Took it into the store and it was no time they found that a piece of plastic had gotten stuck in the port.Fast, knowledgeable and get service! Highly recommend

My daughter cracked her iPad screen. After getting a new screen put on the home button stopped working. Took it here to have it fixed or replaced. They said it would be ready the next day. Wasn't ready they need another day. Next day it still wasn't ready. After them having it for multiple days for a job that didn't require that much time(which was annoying) I finally get it back. I'm writing this review because of what I got back. Glue coming out of all the sides including where the home button is. There is glue all over the under side of the screen making it completely useless since you can't see anything but glue. My daughter used this to draw. She can't use it in this condition. They ruined her iPad. I paid $75 to ruin her iPad and ultimately need to buy a new one since this one is past the point of repair. Don't ever go here! Pay the extra $25 and go to a Walmart repair center. Not sure how they live with themselves. Just look at that brand new screen they ruined. Pics included.

Lou was absolutely amazing!! Very sweet, professional and talented!!! My phone needed a new screen as it was cracked and my daughters phone what I thought was the battery is probably not the problem, he offered to keep it over night and work on it longer!! To go the extra mile instead of just saying it’s not the battery here you go. Amazing!!! To go the extra mile, you’ve gained a customer for life!! Thank you again Westside Wireless!!!! :)

100% the best place to get your phone fixed. Moe and Lu will go out of their way to help fix your phone. My wife’s home button randomly stopped working while they were fixing her screen. They just swapped out the entire phone for a New one with warranty. These guys are very affordable too. Don’t go anywhere else. The only Negative about this place is how busy they are! ? I can see why everyone comes to them! Thank you so much for helping my family out. ?
