“When I started going to the office, I had Angela Keeton (the nurse practitioner at the time) and she was great. When she left, I went to the new nurse practitioner at the time for one appointment and I switched to Dr. Javanov permanently. He's a great doctor, really down to earth even when I'm not.
The only 2 problems I have is the poor guy is so damn busy, it's hard to get an appointment and the staff is a sometimes rude on the phones, but they are fine in person.
OH! And I almost forgot, according to the office manager, their billing system is charging a 1 year old a copay directly and only reason I found out was I got it from a debt collector in my son's name.
So, 3 problems. Sorry.
So to sum it up, Dr. J great, staff in person nice, staff on phones and in business roles kind of rude and not completely understanding their roles in the system. Don't let the rude individuals deter you from using this office if you need a good doctor because most of the staff you will come in contact with are actually kind with their patients.”
