I was delighted to realize that there is a FedEx drop site at this Walgreens location! I took in my box and they were able to scan my QR code, which was helpful since my home printer was out of ink and I couldn't easily print the label myself. Staff was knowledgeable and quick to help me!

Lady was rude! Told me I had to have it boxed when It specifically said no box, no label, she said we're just a drop off, I can do it but...I said never mind as I walked away she rudely said you have a good day... I told her to have the day she deserved. Do not use this location!!!!

most of the employees are great, however experienced an employee muttering under his breath talking badly about the other employee even though she was super busy and he wasnt doing much. He barely spoke to me and felt like I should've just gone somewhere else... barely acknowledged me and just kept muttering under his breath. Rude and unapproachable!!

Fed x is the worst employees ever . No one is on the same page with sellers on returns and they won't go out of their way one but to help . This is not my first experience with fed x and these issues . I refuse to use fed x for anything . Anyone reading this knows exactly what I'm talking about !
