Completely useless. I go here every week to deposit payroll checks with the teller because funds are immediately available instead of having to wait 1+ business days (sometimes as many as 3-4) for funds to be available via mobile deposit. Now even with teller deposit they hold the check for 1+ days before making the funds available due to “potential for fraud”. No warning from the branch of the new policy and no notice from the teller of the policy change even though it only went into effect 3 days prior. 5/3 is a horrible bank overall and this may be the final straw that gets me to leave them for good.

Absolutely horrible. This branch is an insult to the banking industry. It preys upon the elderly, will literally drain their account to increase their liquidity. Hideous banking practices.

I love, this particular branch! I am, always greeted with smiling faces, and very warm welcoming “hellos!”Customer service, means so very much! Shari Stone, (loan officer, I believe is her proper title), is just wonderful! She always sends me on my way with a laugh, and or a smile. Even when I didn’t want to smile.Ms. Stone, truly cares about her customers. She along with the entire staff at the, Englewood, Ohio branch, all truly care… ? ?In addition to making one feel welcome, just last month I refinanced my auto loan and entrusted 5/3 to handle everything for me. To make a smooth transition, and save me lots of money, by lowering my interest rate over Huntington’s 7.9%, now I’m at 2.49% thanks to the hard working and good people at my local 5/3rd branch, National Rd. Englewood.

Avoid their exchange services. Website says no fee then they not only charge $5 but get 10 cents on the dollar more than the current rate. Bank robbery the other direction!

I have a business checking account and business credit card with this bank. My fiance has a checking account here, recently he wrote me a check to pay me back for covering a purchase while he was waiting for a new card in the mail, and the heavy set lady with brown hair and facial hair (I don't know her name, but I am sure anyone who has been in this bank will recognize her), wanted to charge me a fee for cashing it. The check was only for $150, and my fiance has written checks to me for over $100, in the past few years and I have NEVER had any of the tellers tell me they had to charge me a fee for cashing it here - just because I only have a business checking/credit card with them. I have NEVER been treated so rudely by the tellers in the past :( Anyway, I do NOT foresee myself doing business at this establishment in the future, in fact, I am looking for a new bank to transfer my business account to.
