Awful customer service. My mother is in a nursing home and unable to walk - she needed to get her name taken off a joint account. They refused to accept a power of attorney or any notarized documents, and insisted she had to physically come to the branch. Both myself and our lawyer called the bank and tried to reason with them - they refused to even return our calls. So we had to rent our mother handicap transportation just for her to get to the bank and sign a piece of paper.

Very bad customer service.Teller was sassy and rude.Because of this lady’s treatment towards me, and clear lack of effort towards helping me, I don’t want to bank with Huntington: I’m very dissatisfied and disappointed. I can’t believe they have people like her working there.“Im not going to stay here and argue with you”Such responses should NOT be tolerated for customer service.What a disappointment to be honest.

What is happening here? Once upon a time this was my favorite branch. Now there are never more than two employees in the building at one time. Not sure what happened but I think it would help customer service quite a bit if there were staff to provide customer service.

We bank at Huntington, a little biased. 24 hour grace period, free online bill pay.

Low fees. Grace period for overdrafts. Friendly staff. Always nice, free pens in lobby. Great phone app.
