The pharmacist Shelby is so so sweet and has always helped me with my prescriptions when it comes to cost or picking them up! Kroger Pharmacy does a great job in general but she is the nicest pharmacist I’ve come into contact with!

I went to Walmart pha for 2 decades and it was always great. Switched to Kroger a year ago and have had terrible service and problems EVERY SINGLE TIME. Switching back to Walmart

Called to check on my prescription at 10:33am on 1/5 was told let me double check that I have that “in stock”. She gets back on the phone and says “we have it, and it will be ready at 12”. I showed up to pick it up at 2pm was told “we don’t have that medication in stock”…. Then said “I wasn’t the one who told you that”…(ok great thanks, that sure solves the problem). Then proceeds to tell me I should “call another Kroger's to get it filled because there is a line of customers behind me”

One month ago, I requested a medication refill. They kept saying it wasn't in. Then they switched to you need a prior auth. My insurance company called them to grant an emergency dose. They STILL refuse to fill the medication. It's for my heart!!! Dealing with this pharmacy is a total nightmare!! Still can't get my meds from them! Have to switch to get it!

Fri night fathers day weekend every Friday this store sucks hire more cashers do not go on Friday you going pay for my food going bad!!!!!
