I often visit Lee’s famous recipe for my lunch break at multiple locations and this is probably by far the worst Lee’s I have been too. I get my usual, the #3 jumbo dipper meal with a side of mashed potatoes and gravy. I like to dip my chicken in the gravy so I get a side of small gravy and also get a small gizzard. Well I Arrive here for lunch 30 mins after opening thinking I’m going to get a good meal and turns out the gravy was terrible and had the consistency of water, not sure what they did to it but the manager needs fired..was also told there was a 15 minute wait for the gizzards so I waited for the gizzards and only waited 5 minutes and the were barely warm on the verge of being cold. Just terrible.

The dippers taste very old and re-cooked. The assistant manager John was very dismissive of my concerns. Offered a refund but I was too far to return to the store.

I used to like lees , but after yesterday I don't think I want to come back. Make sure you have cash or they will charge you a 4%charge for paying with card.. so you're telling me you going to charge me 1.08 added on to everything else because I don't have cash and paying with card! And there is a sign that says to have a incentive to pay with cash you'll get a 4% discount, and I was talking to my boyfriend in my car waiting for my food and the manager swings the window open and makes sure she says it's not a discount.. well then change the wording then.. I called the store and asked for corporate and they don't answer either.. so sad you have robots take your order and charge you more for food for paying with card... Lees do better!

Today is the Wednesday 3-6-24, Special, my daughter picked up some food. I got the Liver Dinner and my daughter even asked if they could drop the livers for a few minutes and the girl said sure and we waited too. The livers were not dropped again, they were cold like they had them all day and never sold them. This ruins the whole meal. Then they put 4 wedges in my meal and one looked like someone smashed and tore it apart. This is why I don't do Lee's anymore because you give out anything anymore. This meal sucked and was a total waste of money..

There's an incentive for customers to receive a 4% discount if the customer pays with cash instead of a card. I realize the difference is not a really large amount but it is an incentive to offset the cost the store pays for processing card payments I would presume. But, this store is adding the 4% to the original price of the order and then remove it at the register so the customer pays the original price and not receive the discount which eliminates the incentive discount for paying with cash. I have received the incentive price change correctly when this began but, have encountered the 4% upcharge on my last two Sunday visits. Again, the discount is not an incredibly large amount but an incentive is meant to reward if it is being met not to deceive the customer into paying more than the posted menu price if they pay with a card.*** Chuck, you missed my point. I'm aware of processing fees to all well having worked in the food industry and retail myself.The blue signs clearly states "*Customer pricing notice* As an incentive for customers, we offer a 4% 'discount' if they pay with cash. Thank you for your business." I'm pointing out that if a customer orders a meal for the posted menu price of $24.99 and the incentive is to receive a 4% discount for paying with cash and not a card, the meal should be $23.99, not have the 4% added to the posted menu price making it $25.99 at the register as if the the customer is paying with a card and then removing it from the total when the customer is paying with cash to make it the original price of $24.99 which eliminates the "discount" for paying with cash. As I stated before I realize it is not a large amount, this example amounts to a dollar ($1) but the discounted amount should not be added to the price when ordered and then removed when paying.I myself was understanding and appreciative of the gesture of not passing on the fees associated with paying card processing companies and not passing it on to the customer.

I ordered the fish and chips it was potato wedges that had sat in grease and mushy the fish was misleading, it was golden brown but it had a foul order, it was grey and slimy on the inside. The cook was dirty looking when I returned that food and the two people at the window laughing and playing because they didn't give the person their full order. This was the Englewood restaurant. I will never buy from this establishment ever again. Cost of living is to high for workers to mess over food and serve it like slop. It was not young kids, this was unclean workers who didn't give darn about the quality of food they served. So disappointed.

I went into the restaurant to place my order. I hate the fake greeting drive thru, lol. I was 2nd in line and my order was taken and ready for me in 4 minutes...now that is service.

Food was quite bland. Coworker was told it would be a 20 minute wait for his order after being given the wrong item. I used to really love Lee's.

Great chicken- Love there chicken three piece meal. I like Lees because I can get more than just standard mashed potatoes. Their service is very good, they are very kind and thoughtful when serving me my meal. They always get my drink for me also before they come to my table They always have a clean and nice smelling restaurant

I was first told the biscuits would be 9 minutes. I said that's OK, I can do without. Then I was told the dark meat would be 7 minutes and to pull up to wait. I saw 3 employees take a smoke break(together). I got home and had chicken and biscuits. I was hungry and ate it anyway.

The chicken legs were so small they could been a wing. The service was absolutely perfect. They just need bigger chicken pieces. People pay good money for this food and don't get the quality.
