Two times this has happened now ,I called the store asked if they have minows , they employees tell me yes, me drive all they way there and them tell me they can't sell the minows because they are sick!? Why not tell me this over the phone! The store is unorganized and the employees dont wanna help

I just picked up my berniedoole after a grooming. She now looks like a beagle. Her chest hair is clipped down to her skin. Legs are shaved like a beagles legs. Her face is longer on one side and her face was not trimmed very well. They also have a 6.95 material charge on their bills. Guess that's for shampoo. She did do a great job on her nails. However it was an extra $12 for a filing. Over $90 is not worth it. Might want to research how to cut each type of dog. So unhappy with this grooming. The groomer was very nice

I truly believe that the Englewood Ohio Petco is my favorite store to purchase our Hazel a year and one half ago and all of her Genie pig food and treats. It’s a very nice and Clean Store. The Store in Troy Ohio is the same way. Thank you
