Went to UPS to do a return but I was supposed to go to the Post Office. The lady was super helpful and taped up my package and fixed my label so the Post Office wouldn't give me any fits. Thanks for the kindness!

I've had Multiple unpleasant experiences at the store. Store policies are not helpful to the customer. An employee tried to sell me $80 box for an item to return which cost as much as the item I was returning. Then when you buy a box they will refuse to apply any tape even though they have it on the counter. employees and the manager here are very rude. Better to take your business somewhere else.

The last 3 packages I've sent have been crushed upon arrival. Funny enough when I send packages through USPS they don't break. I'll drive the extra distance if that means my orders arrive in one piece.

Did a couple of Amazon returns there on 9-24-25 around 4:30. Female employee was very nice, had me in and out with my receipt inside of 5 minutes. Thanks.

The website clearly state open on Sunday, but it’s not. Even the door has competing signs with one showing the Sunday hours and one showing it’s closed on Sundays. Waste of time and an additional cost for me not being able to return my equipment.
