“This is without a doubt the nicest Kroger location I've ever visited. The store is huge and generally very clean. The floors are always polished and shining, the produce department is usually well-stocked with quality produce, and the deli appears to be clean and sanitary with a nice selection of meats and cheeses to choose from. During my visit on Nov. 9, I waited at the deli counter for almost 30 minutes before it was my turn to place an order. It was approximately 2pm and only one employee was working in the deli. At first, I was very annoyed by how long I had to wait, but by the time it was my turn, I felt sorry for the deli worker. She was doing the best she could by herself and kept her cool with numerous customers waiting to be helped. Usually deli customers must take a number and wait for their turn, but the number dispenser has been missing for more than a month. It's not easy to keep track of who was waiting ahead of me and who arrived after me. The deli worker apologized for the wait and was sweet and professional. I've heard that they simply cannot get people to work, so she is stuck trying to cover the entire department herself. There are certain areas of the store that are roomy and easy to navigate while other areas of the store have numerous large displays in the middle of the aisles making it a complete cluster! The customers tend to be rude and have a sense of entitlement, so they block the aisles, take their good old time, cut in front of people, and don't respect the personal space of others. Society today...My biggest complain about Kroger is their weekly featured saving items that require the customer to select digital coupons in order to get the sale price. I successfully select the coupons and meet all of the requirements in small print, but I always get cheated. I hear this from many people. It is difficult for the elderly as well especially if they do not use a smart phone.”
“We recently moved to this area and tried several pharmacies. We tried four places before we decided to give drug mart a chance. We totally love it. They are friendly, close and concerned. We didn't get that from other pharmacies. Just love Andrew. We have recommended this pharmacy to several people already. The store itself is neat and clean. Total win!”

“Well I guess since I wrote a bad review yesterday... After our fiasco yesterday with CVS on Main, I stopped in this morning to see if they would fill a prescription and they didn't have enough of the medication until next week. Keep in mind we've been taking this medication for several years and gotten it from this location. I asked if they could check with the other CVS's in Springfield. It was found that Upper Valley had enough, but since the script was sent electronically to Main St they couldn't give me a hard copy for Upper Valley. I had to call our Doctor and ask him to send it to Upper Valley. I spoke with Chris the pharmacist and he was vey helpful in getting the prescription fill as quickly as possible. Thank you Chris!”
“Pretty decent as far as Walmarts go. Plenty of selection, plenty of stock, it's warm, it's not dirty, staff is overall decent people, and the store isn't under construction. Pretty big to me for Walmart.”
“This Walgreens was clutch when a friend of mine had the flu. The pharmacists stayed late to help us out and were more than nice about it. Will be coming back...Just hopefully not for the flu !”
